Whether it’s the latest medical-breakthrough slimming product, fad diet, innovative exercise regimen, or something else, we’ve all seen the fantastic claims people make about losing weight effortlessly, AND how they can show you how to do the same thing.
I can tell you now that almost 90% of these people are total frauds.
You may have even fallen prey to one of these scam artists, selling you their latest “ miracle fat loss ” product. Me too. I’ve bought so many of these products that I can’t even recall how many. I don’t know why, but I tend to believe in the ‘inherent goodness’ of people, and I was “sold” by these clever marketing schemes time and time again, even after being scammed so many times before. Finally, after so many disappointments, I got FED UP! I decided to get to the bottom of things by navigating through all the hype and BS, and find out if there really were any LEGITIMATE products and programs out there which actually delivered what they promised.
Posing as an investor, I contacted the companies who were marketing these various weight loss products, and convinced them that I was seriously interested in investing a substantial amount of money in their companies. That way, once the dollar signs started flashing in their heads, they would grant me unrestricted access to every single detail of their products, even right down to the nitty gritty marketing ploys.
What I discovered SHOCKED me.
Many of these companies actually boasted about how many people bought their useless products and programs. In the course of my research, I repeatedly found that :
I quickly realized that these so-called “miracle weight-loss” products were totally useless. And the companies who sold them knew it, yet they were laughing all the way to the bank. Needless to say, I didn’t respond when they asked if I was still interested in investing in their businesses. Surprisingly, while sifting through all the bogus scam products and programs, I was able to find a few products with genuine merit, products that actually aided in fat loss as claimed. These products weren’t based on flimsy hype and cunning marketing techniques, unlike their fraudulent counterparts. Instead, they were backed up by solid scientific research, systematic laboratory testing and verifiable results. It was like finding a few diamonds in the rough! I was so excited that I wanted to share this discovery to everyone I knew. And what better way to tell the whole world than to post it on the world wide web? Hence, this website was born.
This website was created with the aim of providing free, unbiased and objective information about the reality of weight-loss products to the general public. In particular, I wanted to highlight those products which really worked, and expose the overhyped scams which did little or nothing at all for fat-burning and weight loss.
As this is an ongoing project, new product reviews will be added from time to time, just as certain existing reviews will be removed as products are discontinued by their manufacturers. This is to keep the information on this site as current as possible, to achieve its function of being a reference point for anyone contemplating fat-loss products. As you know, new products are being launched everyday, thus it is impossible for me to do all the work alone.
