UNORTHODOX BUT EFFECTIVE
Before I begin to describe this product and method, I’d like to ask that you keep an open mind. As I’ve reiterated time and time again on this website, I’ve only included products and methods which REALLY DO WORK in losing fat. And that includes this one I’m about to reveal to you, despite the fact that it is (and I’ll be the first to admit this) rather unorthodox and potentially controversial.
Just before you start deriding this and dismissing this product as pure hogwash, please know that I have personally tried this and lost lots of weight in the process, so it’s definitely not BS.
Anyway, the product in question is called “Energy Squared”. It is a herbal pill which acts a energy booster, kind of like a “pick-me-up” mood enhancer. Apparently, Energy Squared replicates the effects of the designer club drug Ecstasy, and other amphetamines. Don’t be alarmed by that last statement though, this product is 100% legal, and is NOT meant to be a substitute for any kind of illegal party drug.

The ingredients contained in this product are as follows:
Citrus Artantium, Guarana, 5-HTP, Bioperidine, Indian Bromine, Cinnamon, Niacin, Fo-Ti, mexican damiana
Guarana is widely used in fat loss products, as it is a CNS (central nervous system) stimulant with thermogenic (fat-burning), anorectic (appetite suppressing) and diuretic properties.
Damiana supposedly induces metabolic fat burning and is also commonly used as an energy boosting tonic.
Citrus Aurantium contains the active compound Synephrine, which has stimulant qualities akin to ephedrine and other amphetamine-like alkaloids,
Niacin is a B-complex vitamin involved in glucose breakdown, fat metabolism and the generation of energy.
Fo-Ti is a Chinese herb, which, according to animal research, helps to decrease fat deposits in the blood.
Although Energy Squared was primarily meant to be a mood enhancer, its composition of active ingredients listed above makes it one helluva ‘kick-ass’ fat-burner as well!
Dosage:
1-2 pills maximum, effect lasts for 4-5 hours. The best time to take it, in my opinion, is before a workout, or before heading to a club ( to party ).
Personal Experience:
I took this herbal pill consecutively for 3 days recently (one dosage per day). Of course, it helped that I was on holiday then, which afforded me the luxury of clubbing every night, 3 nights in a row. The effects of the pill kicked in about 15 mins after swallowing it. All of a sudden, a real sense of euphoria came over me ( I can’t explain why), and it seemed like nothing could get me down or dampen my spirits. Apart from that, I was also brimming with energy, so much so that my friend who was with me remarked that she had never seen me so hyped up before. Once we reached the club, I headed straight to the dancefloor. It was about 10pm then. By the time I left the dancefloor later that night, it was already 3am. I had been dancing for 5 hours non-stop, without so much as a toilet or drink break! This had never happened to me before! My shirt was soaked with perspiration from that amazing 5-hour ‘workout’, yet I wasn’t tired to the point of collapsing. In fact, I was pretty certain I could still go on dancing for another 2 hours. This same routine continued for the next two nights. By the time my holiday ended, I weighed myself, and found that I had shed a whopping 2.4kg!! In the mirror, I also looked much, much leaner….my abs were definitely beginning to show. Needless to say, I attributed this weight loss to Energy Squared, which, apart from acting as a fat-burner, also motivated me to do all that intense dancing.
Verdict:
This stuff works, trust me! Of course, I agree that most of the weight I lost during those three days was a direct result of me dancing away for so many hours (dancing is a terrific form of cardiovascular exercise by the way). But then again, I seriously doubt I would have had the motivation to do all that without the use of Energy Squared. Thus in a way, (fat-burning qualities aside), Energy Squared does aid in fat loss by creating an insatiable burst of energy, coupled with the “I-just-need-to-move-to-the-rhythm” feeling. The resulting motivation propels the user to engage in a gruelling dance workout which can last for hours, thereby burning thousands of calories in the process.
Despite its positive effects, I realise there will always be a stigma attached to this product, that of it being a drug substitute, a kind of Herbal Ecstasy. This is irregardless of the fact that it is completely herbal in nature, as well as 100% legal. Because of this, I have had to term this product UNORTHODOX and CONTROVERSIAL, as some people will inevitably feel that I am promoting party drugs nonetheless.
PLEASE NOTE THAT I AM VEHEMENTLY AGAINST ALL FORMS OF ILLEGAL NARCOTICS AND MIND-ALTERING SUBSTANCES, AND ON NO ACCOUNT DO I ADVOCATE ANY KIND OF DRUG CONSUMPTION, FOR LEISURE OR OTHERWISE.
That being said, if you’re adventurous and don’t mind trying something new, try incorporating Energy Squared into your weight loss program, you just might be pleasantly surprised at the results!
NOTE: There is in fact another similar product sold by the same website, called
Red Bliss (see left ). It is another herbal mood enhancer, and is 100% legal too. Apparently, it works just as well as Energy Squared, if not better. I haven’t tried it out myself yet, but acquaintances of mine who have tried Red Bliss report that its effects
are extremely similar to Ecstasy, more so than Energy Squared. I can’t corroborate that
claim, so if anyone one of you has tried this product out, please feel free to give me
your review, and I’ll put it up on this website.
